Cancellation Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with RedKit Pro. If it's not the right fit, you can cancel your subscription at any time. This policy explains how cancellation works and our refund policy.

How to Cancel

  1. Open RedKit and go to Settings
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. You'll be redirected to Stripe's customer portal
  4. Click "Cancel subscription"

Alternatively, you can contact us at admin@redkit.dev to cancel your subscription.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Access continues: You keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • No more charges: You won't be charged again after cancellation
  • Automatic downgrade: After your billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier
  • Data preserved: Your account and data remain intact

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Because you can cancel at any time and keep access until your billing period ends, we do not provide partial or full refunds. This includes:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions
  • Unused portions of subscriptions

Exceptions

We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Unauthorized transactions (with proper verification)
  • Service unavailability for extended periods (more than 7 consecutive days)

Contact us at admin@redkit.dev if you believe you qualify for an exception.

Resubscribing

Changed your mind? You can resubscribe to Pro at any time from the app. Your subscription will start fresh with a new billing cycle.
