By accessing or using RedKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

RedKit is a desktop application providing developer utility tools including JSON formatting, encoding/decoding, hash generation, and AI-powered features. The service is provided by Starlightwave LLC.

Free and Pro Tiers

Free Tier: All offline tools are free to use forever. AI features are limited to 5 requests per day.

Pro Tier: Subscribers get unlimited AI features and priority support for $9.99/month or $99/year.

Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must not share your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the service

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the software
  • Use the AI features to generate harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute the service

Payment Terms

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes

Intellectual Property

RedKit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Starlightwave LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starlightwave LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
